Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Usually we dispatch the item the same, or next day. But can be unforseen circumstances.

We always post with Royal mail 1st class, or if your package is more than 2kg-s, with other curier.

Estimated delivery times

UK: 1-3 days

North America: 4-12 business days

Europe: 3-6 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-21 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 16-20 business days

I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

If you need to send your linen back, I can't refund the PnP and you need to pay for the return postage.
